 When we conduct our classes our children have to sit on the floor. We want them to be able to sit comfortably and study.
These chairs will also be helpful for us to use when we have a parents teachers meeting at our center or during our other workshops and activities.

 Our library project is based on the need to create a love of reading in today's children. In this fast paced world they are losing this habit rapidly. Expensive libraries and books too make it difficult for them to pursue this passion.
We require your fiction, non-fiction books, novels, magazines, etc. for our free circulating library.
You can also donate toys, games, notebooks, red-line to blue line books, square line books, children's books & one-side used paper (training handouts!)!
We will collect them from your location, all you need to do is simply contact us and we will do the rest!

The clothes that you do not need may be godsend for the poor people. We have seen many children wear torn clothes or with broken buttons or clothes painstakingly mended by hand by the loving mother for her child!
These desperate sign of aspiration to a better life inspired us to use old clothes received as an incentive to parents to send their children to study.
We SELL the clothes to the kids families at only Rs 25/- per piece, we believe it ensures that only those who really need them take and those who want to get utensils by exchanging them stay away!

 During the Joy of Giving week, we distributed around 350 kilos of dry grains as a one time event.
The phenomenal donor response and the dire need of the community inspired us to make it a regular event.
You can donate dry grains for a minimum of six months or in multiples thereof. In order to keep the quality consistent across all donors and for economics of scale, we cannot accept direct grain donation.
The Annapoorna accounts are maintained separately and are strictly controlled.
